Solar Fightwear is operated by a passionate

Being passionate about martial arts and combat sports myself, I practice Kyokushin Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I wanted to set up a company that would encourage Quebec and Canadian fighters to shine in their art.

From there, Solar Fightwear was born. A line of quality combat clothing that not only allows athletes to train optimally, but also conveys values ​​that are strong and important to me in order to become better people!

Why “Solar”?

The sun is at the heart of Solar Fightwear's philosophy.


The philosophy of the sun was greatly inspired by Jack Donovan's (Stay Solar) which perfectly illustrates how the sun can be a great influence in the trajectory of our lives. It is essentially a metaphor on which we draw inspiration to become a better version of ourselves and become a positive influence for the people around us.


For the simple reason that this immense star can profoundly guide us in our lives.

A radiant star that is the source of all life, growth, light and the flourishing of living beings today.

A colossal mass that causes the planets to gravitate around it and provide it with its strength and radiance.


By its own presence , its greatness and its power, the sun is a heavy and powerful star. A gravitational star that attracts other planets to gravitate around it. The solar person, by his presence, his power and his greatness, also acts as a magnetic star that attracts people to gravitate around him.


Thanks to its light , the sun allows us to see through the darkness, it is thanks to this light that animals and humans can guide themselves. The solar person, like the sun, is a source of light and allows people around him to have light in their darkest moments.


Thanks to the heat it gives off , the sun allows life to be born and grow. It is thanks to this heat that life on earth was born and continues to proliferate. It is a heat that is fair and controlled. Too much heat kills life. Not enough kills life too. The solar person, like the sun, through their controlled heat and presence, allows growth in the people who gravitate around them.


Thanks to its radiation, the sun allows us, humans, to produce energy. Energy that allows us to feed ourselves, survive, move, grow, etc. Thanks to its radiation, the solar person produces energy in the people who gravitate around him, he is a source of movement.

The sun is the source of life and growth.

But the sun is both extremely powerful and destructive. It can burn and destroy those who handle it clumsily. Such is the power that lies dormant within each of us. Life brings us to make our choices. Within us lies dormant a great power that is just waiting to be expressed. Just like each of us, within the sun is a core of chaos, of boiling magma that expresses all this power and energy in the form of light, heat and radiation.


The solar person is like the sun. They have a core of chaos inside them. A core of magma from which all this energy emanates; our desire to express, to create and to accomplish.

This philosophy accompanies me to become the person who will help others to become radiant, luminous, to shine in their field. It is also a philosophy that guides us to become a star source of life, growth, light and warmth for the people around us. Just like the sun, we possess an immense power, a chaotic power that sleeps inside us and that only asks to express itself. It is up to us to use this power to become great inspiring people and sources of life around us.
